Every ticket gets read and prioritized by urgency and impact. A server down for the whole office comes before a single stuck printer. Higher-priority issues jump the queue, and within the same priority it's first come, first served.

We work it

Most issues get solved remotely, often before you've had to stop what you're doing. If something genuinely needs hands on-site, we schedule a visit. That's billed separately from your monthly plan, and you'll know before anyone's dispatched.

A flat monthly fee on an annual agreement, with no per-ticket charges. On-site dispatch and project work are quoted separately, always before we start.

How does billing work?

Your data and documentation are yours. We keep your environment documented the whole time you're with us, and you take all of it when you go. No hostage situations.
