These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at nexusidealsolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by Nexus Ideal Solutions LLC ("Nexus Ideal Solutions", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your use of the Site only. They are separate from any managed IT services agreement between Nexus Ideal Solutions and a client. Where a signed service agreement exists, that agreement governs the services provided under it.

You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its systems, or its networks.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
2. Prohibited conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
Introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful code
Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or collect data from the Site without our permission
Attempt to breach the security of the Site or gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts
